KTU Students Successfully Complete Exchange Programs in Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan
Within the framework of bilateral agreements (MoUs) signed between Karadeniz Technical University (KTU) and partner universities in Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan, students from KTU participated for the first time in an exchange program and have successfully completed their education abroad, returning home with valuable experiences.
During their stay, our students were not only engaged in academic activities but also actively took part in events and programs organized by the Embassies of the Republic of Türkiye in the respective countries. Through these engagements, they had the opportunity to meet and interact with Türkiye’s ambassadors to Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan, educational attachés, and the Minister of Labour and Social Security, Prof. Dr. Vedat Işıkhan.
These visits and activities have significantly contributed to both the social and academic development of our students while also enhancing the international visibility of Karadeniz Technical University.
Operating under the Office of International Relations, the Internationalization Coordination Unit of KTU continues its efforts to further increase student and academic staff mobility within the scope of such bilateral agreements and to develop new initiatives born from these collaborations.
